It's crazy to look back at my early dating history and see how far I've come. It almost makes me cry π’ to remember how little I once thought of myself and how little I thought I deserved.
Whenever Iβve felt sad or had low confidence, I have:

βοΈ Neglected my health and engaged in emotional eating
βοΈ Isolated myself and alienated my friends
You can have the best dating profile on the internet, but if you are feeling down about yourself, you're going to have a hard time finding a good partner. It's important to take stock of where you are and ensure your mindset is where it needs to be to have dating success.
